Managing Director - Staffing Services at Nauticus Group

A Leading Consumer Products Company located in Bergen County, NJ is searching for a Staff Accountant who will have the following responsibilities:

• Record and maintain financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Perform P&L analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, files, and documentation.
• Support accounts payable and receivable operations, including invoice coding and payment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and corporate accounting policies.
• Provide documentation and respond to inquiries during internal and external audits.

Qualified candidates for the Staff Accountant role should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience

The total compensation range for this opportunity is $85,000 to $90,000 plus bonus with excellent benefits.
