SHAZAM is seeking a
Talent Acquisition Partner
to join our team. In this role you will drive the organization’s growth by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and develop strategic approaches to build a pipeline of candidates. Your efforts will enhance our recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers and contribute to building a high-performing, engaged workforce.
What You’ll Do Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including phone screening, coordinating interviews, and creating offers across multiple locations.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, timely, and engaging candidate experience with clear feedback and professionalism.
Hiring Manager Experience: Collaborate with hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment strategies and delivering ongoing support.
Business Acumen: Understand various roles through job shadowing to improve hiring fit and reduce turnover.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and time-to-hire while aligning with business goals.
Data Tracking and Reporting: Use the ATS to manage candidates and provide regular recruitment updates and metrics; maintain accurate records to meet regulatory standards.
Talent Sourcing: Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
What You Need At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; ADP Workforce Now is a plus
Experience recruiting across all levels and functional areas
Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, initiative, and sound judgment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
Familiarity with data analytics tools to track and report recruitment metrics
Ability to plan and manage multiple recruitment initiatives, activities, and deadlines
Experience handling administrative duties related to recruitment and compliance
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
