$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand employment needs, confirm current job descriptions, and ensure proper documentation of open positions through authorized personnel request forms. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including sourcing candidates through various methods, screening applications, and referring top candidates to hiring managers for interviews. Oversee the completion of the hiring process, which includes initiating background and pre-employment checks, extending offer letters, and managing new hire documentation. Ensure accurate and timely completion of new hire onboarding tasks, such as verifying I-9 documentation, direct deposit information, and processing enrollment in Paycor, including facilitating new hire orientation. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers, exploring traditional and innovative avenues to attract qualified candidates, and analyze recruitment successes and challenges to propose and implement improvements. Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, including local job connections, colleges, universities, and placement agencies, and support community staffing initiatives as needed. Generate regular recruiting progress reports on hiring and vacancy numbers for all openings and provide updates to management. Maintain organized new hire records in Paycor and IMIGIT, and perform other duties as assigned. Educate and guide hiring managers on specific hiring and enrollment process expectations, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the staffing process. Demonstrate the ability and flexibility to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Be available for occasional after-hours and weekend work if necessary. Have reliable transportation. Adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required. At least two (2) years of recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing agency with some supervisory oversight. Demonstrated in-house recruitment experience hiring for retail, manufacturing, or similar roles. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other databases for sourcing, screening, and tracking candidates throughout the entire hiring process. Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) is a plus. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Hiring Efficiency: Optimize the number of candidates needed to make a hire, demonstrating efficient sourcing and selection. Time to Fill: Minimize the time it takes to fill open positions, ensuring timely staffing to meet organizational needs. Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous accuracy and consistency in daily, weekly, and monthly staffing reports within the ATS and SharePoint. Process Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance in all pre-screening, internal recruitment, and external staffing processes Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach.
