EXP is seeking a driven Marketing & Pipeline Development Manager to drive lead generation and marketing strategy, while supporting sales with tools, reporting, and collateral. Youll manage digital campaigns, optimize our pipeline, and report on results, bringing a data-driven approach and collaborative energy to the team. Joining us in our office located on the Seattle Waterfront. Responsibilities
Lead Generator:
Manage Google Ads, SEO/SEM, nurturing campaigns, and inbound campaigns across multiple channels to drive qualified leads that support top line goals. Pipeline Developer:
Partner with Sales and Leadership to ensure lead follow-up processes, HubSpot workflows, and CRM data stay clean and actionable. Campaign Manager:
Create, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns (paid digital, organic, partnerships, etc.) with a focus on ROI and scalability. Marketing Reporter:
Maintain dashboards and regular reporting on all marketing campaigns, lead sources, and conversion metrics, making data visible and actionable. Content & Social Storyteller:
Manage EXPs social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), writing, scheduling, and engaging with a focus on storytelling, growth, and brand awareness. Sales Enablement Partner:
Support proposal creation, case studies, and collateral; maintain a content library of decks, one-sheets, and visual assets. Brand Guardian:
Ensure all outbound marketing aligns with EXPs brand voice, values, and positioning in markets. Who You Are
36 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or growth roles (agency or B2B preferred). Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation platform). Expertise in lead generation, including Google Ads, SEO/SEM, print, and other digital or organic campaign types. Strong background in LinkedIn/social media management (strategy, content creation, scheduling, engagement). Excellent copy writing and content development skills. Highly analytical comfortable turning data into insights and action plans. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a small, fast-paced agency environment. Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (DOE). Bonus incentives tied to lead generation goals & performance. 4 weeks PTO annually.
