Represent companies in a variety of federal and state litigation matters, including financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC litigation. Prepare and argue motions, take and defend depositions, manage complex discovery, make court appearances, and draft for mediation, arbitration, and trial. Contribute to a practice that handles state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings for local, national, and international clients. Qualifications
4 to 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience Experience representing companies in federal and state litigation matters as listed above Admission to the Texas Bar Employment details
