Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including conducting discovery, drafting pleadings, attending court appearances, arguing motions, and managing mediations and arbitrations. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop legal arguments and draft highly complex motions and briefs. Provide legal advice to clients and conduct negotiations for legal matters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business to serve their legal needs better. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and stay updated on the latest changes in laws and legal practices. Participate in business development activities such as client meetings, seminars, and conferences. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in Insurance Defense Must be a member in good standing of the state bar. Proven track record of managing all aspects of civil litigation. Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle a high-volume workload and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Interested in hearing more?
