Our growing team is looking for an upbeat and friendly full-time Call Center Representative Bilingual in Spanish who has a passion for helping others! A Smile 4U is privately owned with locations in Decatur, East Point, Hiram, Cartersville, and Dalton. Utilizing the highest quality, state-of-the-art equipment and scheduling technology, we offer multiple specialties under one roof including general dentistry, sedation dentistry, and oral surgery. Additionally, we provide services to both pediatric and adult populations and are dedicated to providing a positive and memorable patient experience for all ages.

Responsibilities
-Answer incoming calls and emails promptly & in a courteous, professional manner. -Complete required daily outbound calls to schedule patient appointments per clinic protocols. -Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. -Resolve customer complaints with assistance of Customer Service Manager. -Enter new patient information into software management system. -Update existing customer information. -Identify and escalate priority issues to Customer Service Manager or Office Manager.
