One of our clients is seeking Call Center Specialists to join their growing team in Alpharetta, GA. This is a temporary position with potential for hire.

Job Title: Call Center Specialist
Pay: $19.35/hr Paid Training (4 weeks + 2 weeks of nesting) Location:
Alpharetta, GA Schedule : 8am-8pm EST. M-Fri.
(Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours) AND rotating Saturday Projected Start Date: Early
OCTOBER 2025 Key Responsibilities:
Manage high volume of calls (inbound and outbound) in a timely manner Provide information about products and services Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner Process customer requests Identify and escalate priority issues High school Diploma or GED required Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience Proficient within Microsoft Office Suite and navigating through multiple applications Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ability to work Saturdays Ability to demonstrate professional and effective customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
