Our Bilingual/Spanish Representative team begins with a competitive annual salary of $37,000 - $40,000 (equivalent to $18.00 - $19.25 an hour, which includes a $0.50 an hour onsite differential and a $1 language differential), plus opportunities for bonuses. As a Bilingual/Spanish Representative, you will play a crucial role in the sustainability of the insurance industry, assisting clients in protecting their valuable assets. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from warm leads or existing policyholders, expertly addressing their insurance needs. By fostering strong relationships, you will ensure clients receive an exceptional customer experience. Your Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls and conduct consultations to determine the insurance needs of prospective clients. Educate customers about our insurance products and services while identifying opportunities to introduce additional offerings. Clearly communicate coverages and solutions using the provided resources. Resolve customer inquiries by researching and analyzing insurance and service-related issues.
