Your Responsibilities:
Demonstrate empathy and understanding while prioritizing the needs of policyholders during their time of loss.
Recognize and enhance our valued partnerships with carrier clients to support policyholders effectively.
Exhibit a strong work ethic, maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of insureds and carriers.
Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication at all times.
Be receptive to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Manage your workload efficiently while exercising sound judgment independently.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Utilize strong technological skills in various claims management systems.
Bring a minimum of three years of experience in residential and commercial property adjusting.
Carrier experience is preferred; liability experience is a plus.
Hold a current, active Xactimate license and be experienced in writing damage estimates using Xactimate.
Pass a background screening; hold a current license where required.
Have the necessary equipment and ability to access roofs.
