Access to a team of experienced industry professionals for consultation. Your Role: Demonstrate empathy and understanding to policyholders during their time of loss. Build and maintain strong partnerships with our carrier clients to create impactful claims handling. Exhibit a strong work ethic, maintain flexibility to meet the needs of insureds and carriers. Communicate clearly, consistently, and timely with all stakeholders. Welcome feedback and strive for improvement in all aspects. Effectively manage your workload while exercising sound judgment independently. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Utilize technology efficiently, working within various claims management systems. Have a minimum of three years of experience in residential and commercial property adjusting. Carrier experience is highly desirable. Liability adjusting experience is an added advantage. Hold a current, active Xactimate license and have experience writing damage estimates in both residential and commercial claims. Ability to pass a background screening. Maintain a current, active license where required. Have the necessary equipment and capability to access roofs.
