Director, CRM & Digital Marketing Strategist Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the global CRM strategy, with a strong focus on Veeva CRM and its application across commercial functions Serve as the digital transformation lead for omnichannel engagement, integrating GenAI solutions into CRM and marketing workflows Oversee multi-country implementation and optimization of Veeva applications including Promomats, Align, Link, and Medical Insights Partner with senior leadership (SVPs, Regional Heads, etc.) to shape and execute commercial digital roadmaps Chair and drive steering committees involving cross-functional senior stakeholders Guide development and execution of digital assets including websites, email campaigns, Veeva Campaign Manager programs, social media, and display media Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure best-in-class delivery and governance Navigate complex organizational and political environments, aligning multiple country leads and business units Establish KPIs to measure performance, ROI, and compliance across all CRM and digital initiatives Stay ahead of industry trends in CRM, digital, and GenAI to drive innovation and competitive advantage Qualifications / Desired Profile
15+ years of experience in commercial digital roles within pharmaceutical or biotech sectors Proven expertise in Veeva CRM implementation and related modules across global markets Demonstrated leadership in complex, matrixed, and politically sensitive environments Strong knowledge of GenAI, omnichannel strategies, and digital innovation in commercial contexts Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills Experience leading strategic programs and cross-functional teams at the Director level or above Track record of delivering measurable commercial impact through technology and digital strategy Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred Equal Opportunity
