Description You will be responsible for leading Omnichannel Analytics initiatives for a pharma client, understanding client requirements, assessing existing ecosystems, and guiding implementation.
Responsibilities
Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Omnichannel reporting and insights, focusing on digital channels and actionable insights to inform tactical optimizations and strategic planning.
Develop and refine measurement frameworks by translating brand-level omnichannel objectives into measurable KPIs. Capture brand, campaign, and tactical nuances while ensuring alignment and consistency across brands and business units.
Oversee Omnichannel dashboard enhancements and ongoing maintenance to meet brand requirements while maintaining consistency across brands and BUs; translate enhancement requirements from the client; leverage AI to automate dashboard operations and insights generation.
Deliver actionable monthly and quarterly omnichannel performance reports that highlight trends and insights to drive campaign optimization.
Collaborate with analytics team and client stakeholders to recommend experiments and A/B tests that address key business challenges.
Support client stakeholders in collaborating with media agencies and AORs to define measurement plans, align on optimizations, resolve data discrepancies, and pull through tactical recommendations and A/B tests.
Ensure all activities comply with client procedures and regulations with appropriate documentation and approvals.
Client Relationship
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within pharmaceutical client organizations. Become a trusted partner for Omnichannel Analytics by proactively setting expectations and addressing challenges.
Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring monthly reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis align with business objectives and address key questions.
Challenge conventional approaches when appropriate and share relevant viewpoints on industry trends, new solutions, and best practices.
Team Leadership and Project Management
Lead a team of analysts and consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive high performance and professional development.
Develop internal digital education training programs to enable analysts and managers to execute digital and omnichannel engagements effectively.
Oversee the execution of digital analytics projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts within the team and across departments to address complex client challenges.
Business Development and Growth
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new client engagements.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the Pharma Commercial Analytics practice and drive initiatives for revenue growth and market expansion.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to enhance the value proposition offered to clients.
Your impact / About you
12+ years of Digital and Omnichannel Analytics and/or Insights experience.
5+ years of Life Sciences / Pharma experience.
5+ years of managing teams.
Strong understanding of paid media strategies, tactics, measurement and data. Media agency experience is a plus.
Experience analyzing website performance and making recommendations to optimize performance. UI/UX optimization experience is a bonus.
Must have
Experience translating digital marketing goals into measurable KPIs and metrics.
Understanding of the business rules and nuances of processing digital data to align with KPI/metric definitions.
Expertise in developing and delivering monthly digital marketing or omnichannel reporting that communicates performance trends and optimization opportunities.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering impactful digital analytics solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to frame business issues, design solutions, and deliver results.
Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics experience.
Strong understanding of media platforms and data (MCI/Datorama, PLD/NPI, DCM, SA360, HCP365, AIMXR, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Proficient with Power BI and Co-pilot.
Comfortable with CRM platforms such as Veeva and SFMC.
