Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter . We're not just filling roles; we're building the future of Agero. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES : 5-7 years of experience in client facing recruiting roles Proven track record of successfully placing highly technical software engineers, including DevOps, Machine Learning, AI, and QA Experience recruiting top-tier Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers Skilled at identifying and placing exceptional Product Managers Ability to support a wide range of searches beyond technical roles Relationship builder and partner with business leadership Ability to work in ambiguity, pivot, and remain flexible Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Hiring In
Medford, MA - this role requires the ability to be on-site once per week (preferably on Wednesdays). The anticipated closing date to submit applications for this role is October 1, 2025. The base salary range presented represents the anticipated low and high end salary range for new hires in this position. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as work location, experience, job related skills, and relevant training and education. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package provided by Agero to employees.
