What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, direct mail, and traditional channels.
Ensure messaging reflects Daisy’s premium brand positioning and drives measurable ROI.
CRM & Customer Journey Management
Build and manage CRM workflows and segmentation strategies using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Journeys module.
Design personalized email campaigns that guide clients through a refined customer journey—from initial interest to long-term loyalty.
Email Marketing
Create automated email sequences with impactful design and compelling content.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize performance metrics while maintaining brand tone and compliance.
Direct Mail Campaigns
Plan and execute high-touch direct mail initiatives that complement digital efforts and reflect Daisy’s luxury aesthetic.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
SEO & PPC
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility among high-value audiences.
Manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, ensuring optimal targeting and ROI.
Marketing Operations & Data Tracking.
Maintain campaign calendars, manage creative assets, and ensure timely execution.
Analyze traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards, delivering insights that inform strategy and scale.
Manage tracking of marketing branch spend and results
General Marketing Support
Assist with content creation, event coordination, and brand development.
Stay current with industry trends and luxury market dynamics to inform creative direction.
Startup Culture & Lean Team Collaboration
Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities shift and innovation is constant.
Take initiative, wear multiple hats, and contribute to building scalable marketing processes from the ground up.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, IT, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
What You Bring to the Team
1–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on CRM experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Experience with A/B testing, analytics platforms, and marketing dashboards.
Strong understanding of email marketing and customer journey mapping.
Experience with direct mail, SEO, and PPC campaign management.
Familiarity with marketing operations, campaign tracking, and performance analytics.
Excellent communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
