ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Digital Account Strategist at 321, you'll be a key driver of our client success - overseeing digital strategy, execution, and performance across paid campaigns, CRM initiatives, and customer funnels. You'll serve as a primary contact for clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, data-informed work that's aligned with business goals. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative marketing and analytical performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Digital Strategy

Lead digital campaign planning and audience targeting strategies across platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube Own the development and optimization of customer journey strategies, from awareness to conversion to retention Define campaign KPIs, budget allocations, and messaging priorities based on client goals and market insights Create and present campaign briefs, strategic recommendations, and post-campaign performance recaps Client Relationship Management

Serve as the strategic lead and day-to-day contact for assigned digital accounts Translate business objectives into actionable strategies and communicate them clearly across creative, media, and development teams Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution across all deliverables Lead client meetings with confidence and clarity, delivering performance insights and recommendations Funnel & CRM Strategy

Develop and manage CRM campaigns including email journeys, automations, and list segmentation via tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Analyze customer behavior and engagement data to recommend optimizations and retention strategies Identify and define opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and loyalty across digital touchpoints Reporting & Analytics

Track performance across all digital channels using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad platforms Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and drive continual improvement Build and present monthly performance reports with clear KPIs, growth opportunities, and optimization tactics Quality Control & Collaboration

Work alongside creative and digital teams to ensure content is aligned with strategy and best practices Review paid assets, landing pages, and CRM content for accuracy, performance alignment, and brand consistency Ensure deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met across all workstreams WHAT YOU HAVE:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, account management, or media planning (agency experience strongly preferred) Proven success in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce) and customer lifecycle planning Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and digital KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, LTV, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable leading meetings and distilling data into actionable insights Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A team-first mindset, high personal accountability, and a natural curiosity for solving business challenges Nice to Haves: Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Experience with eCommerce marketing and conversion rate optimization Knowledge of marketing automation tools, SEO, or GA4 REPORTING STRUCTURE:

This position reports to the Client Success Manager - Digital.

COMPENSATION:

Salary + Benefits = $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
