As a Seasonal Events Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting rental events at schools. Under the guidance of Educational Representatives, you'll assist with various administrative tasks and hands-on activities to ensure successful event execution. Your role will involve engaging with parents and students to facilitate rental transactions and fulfillment during the events.

Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing pre/post-event documentation, tagging inventory, and other miscellaneous responsibilities.
Assist with physical tasks including loading/unloading inventory and event setup/breakdown.
Utilize contactless applications to manage and fulfill customer orders during events.
Maintain professional communication with sales representatives, leadership teams, parents, students, and occasionally with educators and administrators.
Travel to and from designated prep locations and school event venues for preparation and event execution. Preparation typically takes place at Music & Arts facilities and events are held at local schools.
Complete all required training and perform other duties as assigned.

A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
A valid state driver's license and automotive insurance.
The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work evenings and varied schedules.
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension).
Preferences:
Bilingual, with the ability to communicate proficiently in Spanish.
Intermediate understanding of band and orchestral instruments.
