Digital Marketing Partner , you will develop compelling social media content and manage client profiles across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. You will build trusted relationships with financial services firms nationwide, serving as their strategic partner for all digital marketing needs. Key Responsibilities: Enhance and oversee Cambridge Source social media management services. Onboard financial professionals to our social media offerings. Conduct strategy and analytics calls with financial professionals to optimize their online engagement. Create and analyze detailed analytics reports to track performance. Curate and develop content for diverse platforms, including print, web, social media, and digital applications. Manage the social media content development calendar through Hootsuite. Research and integrate innovative digital marketing solutions into our marketing strategies. Recommend and implement digital marketing best practices tailored for financial professionals. Deliver exceptional client service and professional guidance to foster long-term partnerships and ensure a positive experience for financial professionals. Collaborate within a creative team and with other departments to meet the marketing needs of financial professionals. Education & Experience: The perfect candidate will have at least four years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, copywriting, account management, or a related field. Experience in financial services or a digital marketing agency is a plus but not mandatory. Certificates & Licenses: No specific licenses or certifications are required. However, Google Ad Certification is preferred, and Adobe certification is an advantage. Preferred Skills: Compensation: $55,000-$65,000. This range represents a fair estimate of the compensation for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications and the Company's needs. Actual pay may vary based on individual circumstances. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance.
