Compensation:
We are dedicated to offering competitive compensation. The hourly base pay for this role ranges from $11 to $13 plus $15 to $16 in tips per hour. Work Schedule:
Your work schedule will depend on hotel business volumes, to be discussed during the interview. We are currently looking for full-time availability or Thursday - Saturday evening availability. Benefits:

Please note that seasonal and temporary roles do not qualify for these benefits. SUMMARY The Valet Parking Attendant is essential for providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently and assist with luggage delivery and pickup during arrivals and departures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Highlights of your responsibilities include: Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients – ensuring an exceptional greeting within five feet of interaction. (25%) Practicing excellent communication skills and answering guest inquiries. (10%) Safely parking and retrieving vehicles while assisting guests with luggage storage and bell services as required. (20%) Providing guests with directions and local information, and shuttling them to appropriate locations as needed. (10%) Explaining parking rates and procedures, handling claim checks, and ensuring all ticket information is accurately maintained. (35%) QUALIFICATIONS Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. Licensure/Certification: A valid driver's license for the state of employment is mandatory. Experience: At least one month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of customer service principles. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and familiarity with time management. Capability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking is highly desirable. WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS This role requires working outdoors for extended shifts, with exposure to varying weather conditions. Physical requirements include frequent movement and lifting of up to 100 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Travel:
Minimal travel, not exceeding 5%, may be required.
