You will be the Senior Administrative Assistant for the UTIAMD team. Our team is responsible for supporting the Upper Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Program leaders. What You Will Be Doing As the Senior Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to two Upper Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Program leaders. You will handle a wide range of clerical and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of their organizations. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining and assisting assigned Directors with calendar maintenance. Making travel arrangements and submitting expense reports in Concur. Evaluating assigned Director's schedules and establishing appointment priorities. Developing and implementing effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
