We offer competitive pay with the hourly base rate of $14.75, plus tips averaging between $40-$70 per shift. Work Schedule:

SUMMARY As a Guest Service Associate, your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding hospitality to our guests in a friendly and efficient manner. This includes parking and retrieving vehicles promptly and safely, as well as assisting guests with their luggage during their arrival and departure. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The following tasks may be adjusted to accommodate individuals with disabilities: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues, greeting them within five feet and using their last names where possible - 25% Welcome guests with a friendly salutation and proper phone etiquette. Remain in designated areas when not assisting - 10% Park and retrieve vehicles with caution, and assist guests with bell services and luggage as needed - 20% Provide directions, make taxi or reservation arrangements, and assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities and local attractions - 10% Explain parking rates, issue claim checks correctly, and meticulously document any vehicle details. Collect payment when necessary - 35% QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or GED. License: Valid driver's license required. Experience: At least one month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills: Strong customer service-oriented mindset. Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and correspondence in English. Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction using U.S. currency. Understanding of military time and rate calculations. Capability to operate manual transmissions and perform parallel parking is an advantage. WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS As a valued team member, you are expected to perform the following: Frequent communication with guests and team members. Stand or sit for extended periods, with physical tasks including running, walking, lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, and up to 50 pounds frequently. Work outdoors in various weather conditions for the entirety of your shift, necessitating adjustments to temperature changes. Minimal travel (up to 5%) may be required.
