We are seeking a dynamic professional to help us manage a national portfolio of communications facility site leases, site licenses, easements, non-disturbance agreements, and other real estate contracts. Your expertise will guide projects across various geographies and stages of the leasing and licensing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a diverse range of telecommunications contracts.
Train and mentor in-house and third-party leasing specialists and brokers to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
Continuously improve and refine contract templates based on industry best practices and personal insights.
Establish effective business rules and alternatives to achieve positive outcomes during contract negotiations.
Work collaboratively with teams across Business Development, R&D, Program Management, Legal, and carrier customers to set project standards and workflows.
Analyze site and company data to devise optimal implementation strategies for ongoing projects.
Strategically manage completed contracts, focusing on extensions, compliance, and optimization.
Extend oversight to other areas of contract management such as vendor services agreements and joint venture agreements.
