Client Service Manager Location: La Mesa, CA Status: Part-time HYBRID Flexible hours (20-25 hours/week) Compensation: $35/hr-$45/hr We are a tight knit wealth management team dedicated to helping individuals, families, professionals and business owners meet their individual financial goals. Client Service Manager
to the team that will play a crucial role in supporting financial advisors while making sure clients receive seamless, proactive, and thoughtful service. Client Service Manager , you can expect to: Complete paperwork to a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner (open new accounts, generate and process paper and electronic documents, use DocuSign) Process account transfers (follow up to ensure assets fully transfer) Document rationale for recommendations for IRA’s 529 Plan accounts (open new accounts, service existing accounts, monthly automatic contributions, address changes, etc.) Process account maintenance requests (SWP/PIP, contribution requests, ICP) Monitor and encourage establishment of Trusted Contact record by clients (prepare and process paperwork, generate and mail introductory trusted contact letters) Confirm client and prospect meetings (request documentation) Attend client/prospect meetings with the Advisor Assist with the financial planning process (develop and execute retirement planning for clients, enter data into MoneyGuidePro, maintain plan data over time) Monitor the firm’s social media presence (create annual social media plan, recommend social media campaigns, lead social media outreach efforts) Support work to address insurance needs presented by clients Qualifications for this role include: Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Strong knowledge of financial plans and financial planning software Attention to detail Possesses excellent organization and time management skills Superior verbal communication skills Works well collaboratively and independently Enjoy interacting with people face-to-face and over the telephone Handle multiple tasks/prioritize and operate under tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment Cultivate an amazing attitude and extraordinary client service Strong work ethic Whatever path you choose, your commitment to our team will be met with mentorship, learning opportunities, and room to grow.
