to grow our presence in

North San Diego —a role where your leadership directly impacts seniors, their families, and the community.

What You’ll Do

Grow the Territory:

Build referral partnerships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and senior communities.

Be the Trusted Partner:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional, personalized service.

Lead Service Delivery:

Oversee assessments, onboarding, and quality control to keep clients and caregivers supported.

Solve Challenges:

Anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate—keeping care seamless.

Drive Results:

Track KPIs, monitor growth, and leverage CRM tools to maximize impact.

Be the Face of Senior Helpers:

Represent us at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.

We’re Looking for Someone Who…

Has

3+ years

in territory management, business development, or healthcare sales.

Builds lasting trust and relationships with ease.

Is comfortable traveling

60–70%

of the time.

Is

tech-savvy , with CRM (WellSky preferred) and MS Office experience.

Think on their feet and bring a

solutions-first mindset .

Holds a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
