Pantheon Data is looking for a
Junior Requirements Management Analyst
to work within the Ship Design Team supporting engineering disciplines for the U.S. Coast Guard on a variety of acquisition and sustainment projects. Responsibilities
Support requirements tracing with support from engineering teams. Document and manage specification changes and comments within a database. Qualifications
Familiarity with working with web-based collaborative tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams and SharePoint). Certification in IBM Rational DOORS or documented foundational level training preferred. Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams. Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Education
Bachelor's degree Clearance
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Work Location
Hybrid - USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.). Compensation
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. This is not a guarantee; salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Benefits
