In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Retail banking individuals by providing comprehensive wealth management solutions tailored to their financial goals. Responsibilities: Serve individual retail customers and advise them on various personal banking and financial products and services offered by the bank. Engage customers through branch banking touchpoints, tele-appointments, and outreach programs to identify opportunities. Provide holistic financial planning advice to customers based on sound financial knowledge. Identify and recommend suitable financial solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and adhere to rules and guidelines when conducting business. Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients and maintain strong customer engagement. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers to assess their evolving financial needs. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or a diploma from a local polytechnic. Interest in financial planning or wealth management Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conduct yourself professionally.
