Responsibilities

• Perform fast, precise, and skillful blood collection using venipuncture, capillary, and heel-prick techniques.
• Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring strict compliance with infection control guidelines.
• Verify patient identity using two identifiers prior to any sample collection or test.
• Complete documentation accurately to ensure traceability and adherence to good documentation practices.
• Comply with workplace safety standards, hand hygiene protocols, and all relevant regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to patients, doctors, vendors, and other stakeholders both in person and over the phone.

Job Requirements

• N/O-Level, ITE Certificate, Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a Certificate in Phlebotomy.
• Minimum 2 years of practical phlebotomy experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in venipuncture, capillary, and heel-prick techniques.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols, laboratory safety practices, and regulatory standard
