Patent Support Billing Specialist
to join our dynamic Intellectual Property team. This key role involves close interaction with firm lawyers, legal and business staff, and clients. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize multiple projects, work well in teams, and occasionally work overtime. We support flexible working arrangements. This position can be based in San Francisco, Silicon Valley (Palo Alto), Orange County, Century City, Los Angeles, Seattle, Houston, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, or Washington D.C., with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule. Key Responsibilities:
Generate and distribute demand and monthly proformas to billing lawyers. Process edits, transfers, and changes. Draft bills for approval. Collaborate with billing lawyers and staff to prepare final client bills. Research client account activities, resolve billing inquiries, and generate reports. Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting or related certification preferred. Minimum of two years of Elite billing experience. Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Qualified candidates should apply online at

Century City, Los Angeles, Orange County, Seattle: $64,700 - $103,475 Chicago: $59,300 - $94,850 San Francisco, Silicon Valley: $67,400 - $107,825 Washington, D.C.: $62,000 - $99,200 The final salary will depend on experience, expertise, and other factors. Compensation includes a discretionary annual bonus, benefits, paid holidays, personal days, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and more. Details will be provided upon offer.
