We have an exciting opportunity for a mechanical engineer with at least 7 years of experience in fueling systems or related industrial systems. This role offers direct client and end-user interaction across various sectors including commercial, military, domestic, and international projects. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and people skills, and grow into technical leadership, project management, or business development roles. Our projects include high-visibility work at major airports and military bases globally, involving aviation, federal, transport, and other industrial clients. Preferred Experience

Design and construction in Commercial or Military Fuel Systems, Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, or Industrial Systems Experience with airport fuel receipt, storage, and distribution facilities Jet fuel hydrant and pipeline systems Fuel storage tanks and associated systems Hydrant fueling, filtration, and refueling truck loading systems Aircraft hydrant fuel systems and piping Familiarity with industry standards such as ATA 103, API 610/650/653, ASME B31.3/4, NFPA 30/11 Creation of P&IDs, mechanical control systems, layout of equipment and piping systems Piping hydraulic modeling and stress analysis Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program, with 7+ years of experience; or Master's Degree with 6+ years Experience with EPC projects preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical design codes (ASME, ANSI, API, NACE) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to lead discipline design teams and resolve project issues Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to travel (up to 25%) Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $135,000 - $185,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation includes base salary and potential year-end bonus. Our benefits package includes insurance, disability, wellness programs, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k). Additional Details

This position is full-time, based in Minneapolis, MN, with travel required. The job posting remains open until filled, with a minimum of 72 hours for applications.
