Job Description

Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a behavioral health treatment center in Grand Rapids seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse or LPN. The ideal candidate will be able to dispense methadone doses, monitor patient health, and have a strong passion for helping the community.

Responsibilities:

Dispense methadone doses as ordered by the program physician.
Observe and assess patients' physical and mental health during methadone dispensing.
Maintain accurate records of dispensed doses and update patient medical records.
Handle and prepare urine and blood specimens for lab testing.
Monitor and calibrate dosing equipment to ensure correct dosage.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid RN or LPN license
Have current CPR or BLS certification
Possess up-to-date knowledge of addiction issues, Hepatitis C, and HIV
Demonstrate proficiency in computer use, including word processing and database management
Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work 6 AM – 1:00 PM
