Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions across server, embedded, and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on cloud integration (particularly Azure), testing, and best coding practices. This role involves working in an agile environment, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software for server applications, embedded systems, and mobile devices.
- Integrate software with Azure cloud services and edge devices, including IoT Core.
- Create and maintain test plans, ensuring high standards of code quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to manage configuration and product design continuity.
- Operate in an agile development environment to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting best coding practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant software development experience preferred.
- Proficiency in C, C++, C#, and common frameworks such as .NET, WCF, Entity Framework, Xamarin.
- Experience with embedded systems and cloud platforms (preferably Azure), including microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, REST, JSON) and video compression technologies (MPEG4, MJPEG, H.265).
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and mentor others.

The base salary range for this position is $110,0000–$125,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
