Job Description
We’re seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Business Systems Analyst on a cross-functional Agile development team. This role supports the transformation of business needs into clear, actionable requirements and helps ensure high-quality product delivery through partnership with stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams. You’ll have the opportunity to work on enterprise systems that directly impact business operations and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate requirements gathering, process improvement discussions, and documentation of business workflows
- Partner with QA to develop and support test planning, test cases, and validation of deliverables
- Maintain critical business and product documentation, including process flows, system specs, and decision logs
- Support Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, with 2+ years in business analysis or similar roles
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and experience in iterative delivery environments
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, and interface with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with application lifecycle tools such as JIRA, DevOps, or equivalent platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to document and improve business processes, write user stories, and develop test criteria

The Pay Rate range for this position is $45 - $56 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
