- Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (7:30 AM–4:00 PM outside daylight savings)
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (9:30 AM–6:00 PM outside daylight savings)
Are you ready to launch your career in a fast-paced, high-impact customer service role? We’re looking for energetic and empathetic individuals to join a dynamic team supporting patients and providers in a high-volume call center environment.
What You’ll Do:- Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
- Assist with login issues, registration, and navigating digital portals
- Resolve inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in Customer Relationship Management systems and collaborate with internal teams
- Process service requests and support reporting initiatives
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce, Greenhouse, Workday) is a plus
- Healthcare or pharmacy background is a bonus
- Bilingual fluency (e.g., Spanish-English) is a strong asset
- Onsite for the first 120 days post-training
- Potential to transition to hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days onsite) based on performance
- Interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams (camera required)
