Location: Phoenix, AZSchedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time, On-SitePay Range: $19–$22 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue badges
- Coordinate meeting schedules and assist with calendar management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Support administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and data entry
- Assist with special projects and office event coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
