• Communicate with sales representatives to provide timely updates on product delivery timelines and supply chain status.
• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Utilize logistics software, including training on NetSuite Softdeon, to manage order processing and tracking.
• Assist end users and direct customers, ensuring their product-related questions and concerns are resolved effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order statuses for seamless communication.
• Proactively identify and ask the right questions to ensure clarity and efficiency in all customer interactions.
• Support ongoing improvements in customer service processes to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or order entry environment.• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with logistics or order management software; experience with NetSuite Softdeon is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including sales and operations.
