We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Little Ferry, New Jersey. Responsibilities:
• Foster a welcoming and detail-oriented environment for clients conducting business.
• Coordinate communications between departments to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
• Process customer requests for quotes and convert them into sales orders as needed.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns by utilizing organizational resources.
• Provide clients with updates on shipping details and follow up as required.
• Maintain and update customer interactions and records within the Siebel database.
• Generate and process reports as assigned.
• Assist clients in obtaining details about services offered by other departments or external vendors.
• Perform administrative tasks assigned by management to support business operations.
• Take on additional duties as needed to meet organizational goals.• Proficiency in SAP for order entry and data management.
• Experience with processing sales quotes and managing related transactions.
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across departments to resolve issues.
• Familiarity with Siebel or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
