Title: Customer Service – Collections Representative

Location: Tempe, AZ (1625 W. Fountainhead Parkway) – Hybrid (Mon & Wed onsite)

Duration: 6mos to start with likely extension

Pay Rate: $20/hour W2 + Benefits

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will support BMO’s Equipment Finance group by assisting the Customer Care Team. This hybrid role focuses on delivering prompt and accurate information regarding lease and loan accounts while providing an exceptional customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls on the Pay-by-Phone Service line
  • Provide account/payment information, amortization schedules, and term details
  • Update billing addresses and asset locations
  • Deliver high-quality customer support aligned with internal policies and service standards
  • Execute routine service tasks and escalate issues as needed
  • Track service fees and maintain accurate documentation
  • Support process improvements and change management initiatives
  • Participate in program development and training efforts
  • Collaborate across departments to address client needs
  • Coach junior team members as required

 

Qualifications (Required):

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or banking environment)
  • Basic understanding of lending and banking practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma

 

Qualifications (Desired):

  • Experience with top 5 banks
