Duration: 12 months with potential extensions and opportunity for full-time conversion

Pay Rate: $15–$17/hour W2 + Benefits (50% covered) or $19/hour C2C

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a 24/7 safety operations team. This role involves analyzing video and data from in-vehicle safety systems to help protect operators from fatigue or distraction. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customer safety while delivering exceptional support and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze in-vehicle safety data and video for signs of operator fatigue or distraction.

  • Classify safety events and follow escalation and notification procedures.

  • Accurately document and log all customer interactions and event classifications.

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints via email and phone.

  • Refer unresolved issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

  • Maintain thorough records of all communications and outcomes.

Qualifications (Required):

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)

  • 2–4 years of customer service or call center experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Email)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Qualifications (Desired):

  • Multilingual (any language)

  • Experience in proofreading or inspection

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team

  • Comfortable sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods

Disqualifiers:

  • Short or inconsistent job history

Typical Day:

  • Review and classify data from a driver safety system (DSS)

  • Operate in a structured 12-hour shift from 7 AM – 7 PM on a rotating schedule

  • Independent-focused work with occasional team interaction in an office environment
