This person will serve as the primary contact for calls, emails, and inquiries—ensuring that every message is filtered and directed appropriately. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails with professionalism
  • Manage, filter, and prioritize communication for the President
  • Draft and send clear, well-written responses and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate logs of messages and client interactions
  • Assist with administrative tasks and operational support
  • Use company systems to track inquiries and manage updates

Qualifications:

  • Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (email, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and respond quickly to deadlines
  • Comfortable interacting with executives, clients, and team members
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
