Summary

Our customer service representatives (CSRs) are often the first point of contact outside individuals have with our organization, playing a key role in our customer experience. CSRs handle various supportive tasks, providing answers, insights, instructions, and assistance. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be enthusiastic about helping clients and driving satisfaction.

Objective of this Role

  • Answering calls: Responding to inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Providing information: Explaining products, services, and new features.
  • Resolving issues: Evaluating problems, researching answers, and offering solutions.
  • Following up: Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups.
  • Ownership: Maintaining ownership of calls throughout the request lifecycle, including escalations.
  • Reporting: Completing call logs and reporting on customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships by providing excellent customer service and handling questions appropriately.
  • Research and clarify customer inquiries, providing accurate information.
  • Resolve problems by exploring solutions and escalating unresolved issues.
  • Complete transactions and forward requests as needed.
  • Accept ownership of requests and seek opportunities to add value.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Expertise in conflict resolution
