Job Description:

As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for entering orders via an order entry program, maintaining the inventory program and dealership profile accounts. You will establish professional relationships with prospects and customers, generate the forms management report and other weekly reports to sales representatives, resolve product shipping and billing problems, and maintain complete customer files for sales.

This position is located at Reynolds and Reynolds' facility in Celina, OH. The shift for this position is either 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Requirements:

• Available to work 11 am - 8 pm or 10 am - 6 pm
• Associate’s degree or equivalent customer service experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and outgoing personality
• PC knowledge and data entry experience
