Customer Service Representative – Onsite

Salary Range: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer requests professionally and resolve issues within 24 hours
  • Accurately enter purchase orders into the ERP system within 24 hours of receipt
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and escalate issues when necessary
  • Support sales team with customer insights and account setup coordination
  • Process customer returns within 48 hours to ensure timely credit issuance
  • Provide support across billing, orders, and troubleshooting
  • Compile and generate customer-related reports as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Acumatica, DocuWare, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word preferred
  • Experience in food manufacturing is strongly preferred
