Customer Service Representative Vernon, CA | M-F 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | $20/hr Position Overview The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing and payment follow-ups. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, account inquiries, and new customer setups.
  • Process orders, price adjustments, credits, and returns.
  • Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations.
  • Communicate with sales reps, customers, and warehouse staff to resolve invoice or delivery issues.
  • Provide accurate balance and payment information to customers.
  • Maintain organized filing of invoices, memos, and account records.
  • Order office supplies, assist with audits, and provide administrative support as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s preferred).
  • 2+ years of customer service, office, or accounting support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar a plus).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment.
