Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in the Miami Gardens area. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records.

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience with Customer Experience and Customer Service Representatives roles
• Experience in B2B Customer Experience and Customer Service Representatives roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the flooring or home improvement industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent, additional education is advantageous

Requirements

Fluent English is a MUST.

Spanish is a plus.
