We are hiring a Customer Service Manager to join our team!
Looking for someone with a passion for serving customers and managing a team of customer service representatives, dispatchers, and coordinators to hit goals and provide excellent customer service!
Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Compensation: $75,000 Salary
Work Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

- Oversee daily activities of the customer service department
- Supervising and motivating our team of customer service representatives, coordinators and dispatchers
- Taking and directing calls
- Tracking KPI's
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers
- Focus on creating a positive customer experience
- Active part of the hiring process, performance improvement and training
- Holding regularly scheduled customer service meetings and participating in cross departmental, daily huddle and leadership meetings
- Daily use of Service Titan, our cloud-based CRM
- Some basic accounting and use of QuickBooks
- 3 + years in a management position
- Experience as a team lead
- 2 + years of customer service experience
- Ability to supervise and train others
- Basic accounting experience; AR & AP
- CRM / ERP Customer Database management experience
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- QuickBooks experience desired
- Excellent communication & follow up skills
- High school Diploma or equivalent
