Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site - Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and efficient service to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer problems quickly.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
