• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a seamless resolution process and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct both online and offline meetings with clientsprimarily Russian-speakingto address concerns, provide assistance, and strengthen relationships.

• Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Head of Department regarding client interactions and resolution progress.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely and effective responses to client needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Russian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems and manage conflict resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Capable of performing well in high-pressure environments while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
