Job Description

Location: West Jordan

Pay Range: $19hr

Monday-Friday: AM Shift Until Done!

Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and dependable Landscaping Laborers to join our team. This role is hands-on and requires working outdoors, performing a variety of landscaping, groundskeeping, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-minded, and enjoys working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general landscaping duties such as mowing, edging, trimming, raking, planting, mulching, and weeding
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
  • Assist with the installation of sod, plants, trees, and irrigation systems
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times
  • Support team with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf clean-up, and other grounds maintenance duties

Requirements

  • Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment is a plus
  • Reliable transportation to and from work sites
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow directions
