Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts (must be able to fill in for other team members)

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a central point of contact for internal and external customers at a major TX hospital. In this role, you’ll answer calls, document and dispatch service requests, monitor security systems (alarms, doors, cameras, intercoms), and coordinate patient transporters. You’ll also support departmental projects, help improve processes, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous administrative support or customer service experience (healthcare, call center, or dispatch preferred)
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure

Key Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, multitasking, teamwork, and adaptability.
