Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text message and webchat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide product and service information, addressing customer concerns with empathy and clarity.
  • Schedule appointments for pest control services, coordinating with technicians and customers effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, finding resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, updates, and follow-ups in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • This is an in-office role at our Issaquah, WA headquarters. Please do not apply if you are not local.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and understanding.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Google Workplace.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
